Aerotherm Solutions Ltd.’s HVAC and refrigeration maintenance contracts provide our valued customers with routine and regular inspections that are designed to ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency, limiting unforeseen issues and saving you money. Planned maintenance allows for an extended life on the HVAC systems as well as provides owner assurance.

Planned maintenances consist of detailed tests and visual checks of both the mechanical and electrical components. Routines include lubrication of bearing surfaces, adjustment of belt tensions, and cleaning or replacing of air filters.

We recognize that our valued customers and their lifestyles differ from one to another, therefore we have various maintenance contracts that factor in the type of equipment you have, the age and where it is located. Customers that sign up for our planned maintenance contracts have priority emergency service, which is always available. We suggest that customers schedule their tune ups in the early spring and fall – they’ll have more scheduling flexibility, and they will be less likely to have issues during warmer and cooler weather.
